I also used the TIVO code but when my cards arrived today there are only 2 of the $5 cards, not the 4 I was expecting. I'll call today and hope they fix it.

They pulled up my order and said the additional card would be sent right away.

Their website has a special for a free $5 gift card with every $25 in cards you buy, plus the code, "holiday" is for Tivo subscribers for an additional $5 card, so $35 at Chilis for $25 (plus $3.50 or so shipping) Hope that helps someone. Others here have been so helpful to me.

I have scoured this website (chilis.com) and cannot for the life of me find the place for the coupon code. Can someone please help me out. Please be specific as I have looked at this many times. Thanks.

I emailed them about the missing bonus cards and also let them know I wasn't happy with the website not being clear on the use of the bonus cards. Here is the reply I received:

We do apologize for the error but thank you for bringing it to our attention. We will send the missing $5 bonus cards from our home office.



Also, it was never our intention to mislead any of our loyal customers. If you spend $1-$49 you can redeem one $5 bonus card. If you spend $50-$74 you can use two and if you spend $75-$99 you can use three, etc... We hope that clears up any confusion in regards to their redemption.

Anybody have this problem? I received my gift cards today (4-$25). I didn't receive my bonus cards. I tried to call and it said that the voice mailbox was full, so I couldn't even leave a message.

Same here on not getting hte bonus cards. I also called and got a full mailbox. So obnoxious! I would like to hear if anyone got the extra cards shipped without having to call. And from those that did call did you get your extra cards yet?
