What's your preference?

I make mine with smoked brisket and several styles of beans.....

gotta have meat & beans. i prefer chili beans, but will throw in pinto beans in a pinch.

I like mine with ground sirloin, chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, light on the onion (and then shredded cheddar and sour cream to add to it).

Lots of beans but no meat. Maybe fake meat.

And HOT!!! :cool1:

I make mine with ground beef and kidney beans. I also add beer, sugar, and mustard...yum!

Has anyone tried Fritos in their chili??? I got my husband hooked on this, it is sooooo yummy!!

No cheddar or sour cream for me, though I do like it.... but I add a LOT of chopped green onions on top.

With or without beans is fine with me. Without meat, however, is a crime against humanity!!!

I make it with beans usually but sometimes without. I like it better without beans if we put it on rice. I liked the chopped green onions on it too.

Both - beans and beef - ground or otherwise.

w/meat and beans - I like it best with more than one kind of bean and topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream. mmmmm

OK, chili purists, flame away, but...I prefer Cincinnati style -- 3-way over spaghetti, with onions, cheese, meat, no beans...

I make it with chopped or ground meat and Mexican red beans, which are smaller than kidney and have a softer skin.

Sorry .....but YUCK

I kept hearing about 3way chili on TV and online. Finally got a chance to try it on the way home from MI a few yrs ago. IMHO it taste like someone accidentally mixed some pumpkin pie spice in a bowl of tomato sauce.

Ground beef, kidney beans (I mix cans of light and dark red beans). Corn bread.

Yum!! Better slip this in my menu planning!
