Chile Mine Rescue, anyone else watching and sending pixie dust?

I'm so happy for all of them. I hope that they are all well and OK now. The attitudes overall have been amazing.

It's strange to think of that lit up mine down there now. I bet that someday someone will start a new mining operation and find all that they left behind.

So happy it is all over and those families can be together again. I wish I was super rich, I would send all of those families to Disney World for a week, they deserve a little magic and a lot more.

The Chilean President mentioned to the last rescue worker that he didn't turn off any lights. I hope he's not thinking of sending the electric bill to the rescue worker.

I wonder if the last rescue worker left some type of note down there, in case that mine ever is excavated again. He was down there by himself for several minutes.

Actually, the second to the last miner brought the phone up with him. He HAD to show it because it was this rinky-dink, crap, cheapola phone from like years ago. BUT IT WORKED and helped saved their lives & sanity and connect them to above!!!

I was thinking, the owner of that phone company could use that footage for a Chilean phone commercial: "When you need to count on you phone, count on US!"

Actually, the richest man in the world (even past Bill Gates, who is #2 now,) is some South American cell phone tycoon. (I think he owns Tracfone.) I wonder if that phone was one of his company's phones.

Oh, Carlos Slim is the Richest man in the world, he is Mexican and yes he owns all the telecommunications in Mexico, cell phones, landlines phones, tracphone, shares of verizon, internet, everything.

No, i missed it. I read somewhere that Discovery Channel is doing or want to do a show with them, a documentary, something like that.

It was a show last night in Univision with a very famous tv star, his name is Don Francisco, he is from Chile, he talked to some of the miners, their families, the president and some of the rescuers, it was very nice, I cried of course
