I am planning on buying the 7 day PH tickets from Parksavers and then upgrading them to APs on our first night. It is me, my DH, and a DS3 and DS6. My understanding is that an AP is the same cost, regardless of age. So if I buy an adult ticket from Parksavers it is $389.46 and a child ticket is $370.09. This means I would save an additional $19.37 per ticket if I could buy my sons adult instead of child tickets, since they are upgrading to the same AP as my DH and I. However, I'm not sure if that would work. First, can a child use an adult ticket (I thought I had read they could, but will they question us about it as GS when we stop there before entering to prioritize this ticket over our current tickets on our bands?). Second, would it be a problem with the upgrade, assuming we already used them to get into the parks? Or should I just buy them the kids tickets and figure that's how it works, it's still a savings but not quite as much? I don't want to buy them and have it not work, that's not worth it to save $40, but $40 is $40 so if it's not a big deal at all I would do it.

Did I explain that well enough? I know what I mean, but it can be hard to explain in writing without either getting too wordy, or leaving out necessary info.

Buy them the kids tickets and figure that's how it works, it's still a savings.
