Children and teens on the DIS

what is up with people being concerned about where a forum is listed. Like the teens coming to this board don't know how to scroll and search around. If this is really such a concern, monitor what your child(ren) do or block their access. At some point you will find they actually know what is going on in real life (might even be able to teach you a thing or two) - and that is referrend to the "you' in general, not to anyone specific.

LMAO Tigger!!!!! I just figured out skeeved a few days ago. Snarky I knew cause my dd called me that once but skeeved took awhile. My friends and I have called the "plan" by a different name. We call it the Pavlov's dog theory as it relates to the male gene pool. Dangle the meat close enough and then brace yourself for impact.

I can't begin to understand why the G&L Board would bother anyone. Geesh, that's rather awful.

It does bother me alot. I would not say that is awful. I choose not to except that lifestyle. I also don't need to say it's okay because it's "THE RIGHT THING TO SAY." I don't think that makes me awful. Just very honest. Not everyone thinks it's "okay".

You not accepting that lifestyle doesn't mean that the G&L Board should not exist. It's real life and real people and there's no way to hide from that IMO.

And am I the only one who didn't know about "the plan"? I knew about the fertile seed concept, but that's very different.

Then you might want to stay away from Disney, because I hear a lot of "them" are employed there.

I have been reading this thread throughout the day resisting a comment, but I have to add...

...the placement of a G&L board being of concern puzzles me, and after reading a couple comments I am furthered puzzled.

Parents saying they will never approve of a homosexual lifestyle could possibly be alienating a child they promised to love unconditionally. I have friends who hated themselves and couldn't talk to their parents because they were afraid of what their parents would say or do if they came out of the closet. It's no wonder that gay teens have such a high suicide rate . Can you imagine going through all that being a teen requires and being gay and fearing that your friends and family will no longer love you for who you are...tragic.
