Childfree Disney fans?

:rotfl2: Well, er, that is we take the "kids" (17 and 22) about once a year now. Now that we can, we go childless 2 -3 times per year and love it!

Childfree, and whatever anyone on this board does, if someone tells you they choose not to have children, please do not badger them and try to tell them that their life will not be fufilled, please just respect their comments!

We are just 2 big kids. Every kid needs to go to Disney!
Our next trip will be September 2006!
Can't wait! :cool1:

When in September are you going? I will be at Disney All Star Music from the 17th September until 2nd October. I am also child free but the complete slave to Queenie Tippy and Socks (I have to be this year I imported a cat scratching post from Florida for them!!! :cat: )

We are child free. Hubby is not quite as much of a Disney fanatic as I am. His family (brother, his wife, their kids and his parents) are going to Disney in May and invited us. My husband keeps saying he doesn't want to go so I think I am going to go with them. I will miss him very much and know he would have a great time. We went there for our honeymoon almost 7 years ago and we had a blast. I don't get it :confused3

We have two cats. :wave2:

no children - much to old to even consider them.

besides Spicey is my child - I love him dearly!!!

he has a brother and sister both cats too!

Sorry, but I feel compelled to constantly tell people that their lives will not be complete without a cat and/or dog. Oh sorry, :guilty: you meant HUMAN children?!? ;)

Princesskitty1, mom to one very geriatric yellow cat and one very geriatric pitbullish mutt

I have 2 children 2 and 5 and they are being left behind. I am constintly asked if i feel guilty but i don't. For one they are both to young and i don't want to drag them around. My 5 year old loves rides and would be disappointed if he could not go on space mountian. And 2 i think my husbands first time should be with just me. So don't feel bad if you are leaving the kids or if it is just you. Either way you will have a great time.

We're child free by choice and in our mid-30's...and jetstrip, THANK YOU for saying your piece, I am right there with ya!! If one more person tries to talk me into motherhood...it just ain't for everyone. I like the kiddies, just don't want my own, ya know?

We do a lot of traveling, go to WDW or Universal for a few days every year or two. I adore Disney!

And we have two beautiful Vizslas who rule the house!! Lovely puppies...

The DH and I are childless. We know that we want children eventually, but are definitely not rushing it...especially considering that we have 10 neices and nephews! We do like Disney though...Have been on 2 cruises so far, and hope to make our first trip the the World sometime soon!

We go cross country to WDW 2x a year and have been to the other parks in Asia, California, and Paris. How could we pick up and go on these trips with kids? However, we would love to have a dog and a cat, but think this might hinder our Disney trips.

We're child free, together 25 yrs, at least 2 visits a year since 95.We don't envision stopping ever!

we have two kittens and are very happy that way.

Last weekend we must have had some kind of brain trauma because we decided to take our 4 year old nephew to WDW for 3 days. :rolleyes2

My vasectomy is scheduled for next week. :thanks:

DH and I are in our late 30's and we are happily childfree. We do have two wonderful kitties and they are quite enough for us.

ME AND DH ARE D-I-N-Ks! (double income-- no kids) YAY!!! :cheer2:
BY CHOICE!! :woohoo: almost 40!

we have been to Disney 10x (it will be trip#11 Sept 06) -- we took our 4 yr old niece to disney Dec 2005- that is the FIRST time we have EVER been to disney with ANY kids. its always just us.

Let me tell you-- i dont understand the joy! :confused3 we were so frazzeled by the end of our trip we had to do a week at an all inclusive to mexico just a few weeks ago to recover! :faint: we love the little one with all of our hearts  , ......but i will tell you......

DISNEY IS WAY MORE FUN WITHOUT KIDS!

:smokin: maddhatir :hippie:

Kid-free for me! But bless my parents for taking me when I was a kid.

I always say--why would you bring your kids :rotfl2: My DH and I have a blast--my kids are grown--and it is sooo fun just the 2 of us

Semi childless.... Children are grown and gone. Sometimes we go together but other times I travel to WDW alone and solo which is so strange at times but great!

I don't have children and agree the WDW is sooo much fun without. That being said the few times I have gone with kids was magical. There is no substitute to seeing a young child jump up and down just to hug a character and get tears in there eyes when it's time to leave the park and go back to the hotel.
