Childfree Disney fans?

happily married..and happily child free as welll...we do have a cat though that acts like a dog and THINKS she is a person.....but we LOVE LOVE LOVE WDW.....weeee!!!!!!

A new child free member. :cool1: Just one dog who loves to vacation with his "Grandma" when we travel.

DH and I are childfree also, except for two wonderful little boys...my shih-tzu and Llaso! They are my family! However, I must admit after reading alot of trip reports I would like to have kids because they seem to make WDW exciting and funny! Maybe I can just borrow kids to take Disney!!! :goodvibes

Never really thought about having kids before...but slowly thinking otherwise...

Hear hear to child free Disney!

I'll quite happilly be the kid on this vacation...

:cheer2:

DH and I are also child-free. We've been together for almost six years and will be celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary at Disney on the 22nd.

We like kids, but would prefer not having any. I'm kind of wondering how it'll go for him, I've done Disney as a solo adult and as a couple on an adult trip, but he's never been at all. I'm hoping he's not overwhelmed by the crowds and screaming kids factor.

Me, I'll be screaming right along with the kids on ToT! ;)

MH DH and I are coming down in September for our 2nd kidfree vaca to WDW. We have a 16 month old at home and won't be taking her until she can enjoy herself. We have found the world to be the perfect weekend getaway for some FUN alone time! :lovestruc

My child is 27 years old, so I'm not child free but I am kidfree :)

:rotfl2: I am a 27 year old child, but now I happen to be a married child so i get to be parent free at the world. Works both ways.

My DH and I are late 30's without children. I was a lifelong disney fan, but had not been there in over 10 years. Then in 2003 we went to poly GVC for a week and had a great time. We've been back a few times since and love it - we even did the disney cruise. While Disney World is great for families, I think people without kids have the most fun there (I know we do)!

My brother talks about WDW as an obligation to his kids--I think he has some vicarious fun, but apparently not the BIG FUN that DH and I have. :goodvibes

This is exactly what we do! Each of our nieces & nephews gets a solo trip with us between the ages of 4 & 5. We get to enjoy WDW from a child's persepective, and they get to be the center of our universe for a few days. We love these trips, but wouldn't trade our grown-ups only trips for anything. The kid trips also remind us why we chose not to be parents, because as good as our little relatives are and as much fun as we have with them, we prefer "favorite auntie & uncle" status.

Childless by choice DINKS, though we do have a Corgi who thinks he's more than a furkid.

Hubby loves that I do all the planning - all he has to do is enjoy - but sometimes thinks I might spend a bit too much time on the boards.

My DH and I are human kid free (we have a wonderful 2 year old Old English Sheepdog named Mr. Pibb!!) and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Disney. We got engaged in Disney and had our honeymoon in Disney, our 2nd Wedding Anniversary was spent in Disney and we are going to be there to celebrate DH's graduation from Law School in May!!!

Another 27 year old child here who LOVES Disney. I don't have kids or a any animals (just me)! I go to Disney at least once a year. I still haven't made the solo trip, but am considering it for next year or later this year.

Does it count if my man and I don't have kids, but, at 22, I consider myself one? :Pinkbounc

:flower: :flower: :flower: :flower:

Taking my first trip EVER on Sunday... I'll let you know how the kidless thing goes/

Well, I'm not certain if this counts as 'child free,' but my mother and I are going on a mother/daughter trip this December (so far away!). My mom loves Disney and so do I! I am 21 years old, and as of right now it is just the two of us!

My father and mother have gone on two Disney trips during the past three years. My mother is a Disney nut, and my dad normally humors her (she admits it too). I think this will be my 4th time...the last time was year 2000.

I'm not sure how it exactly started that we were going this year, but we are both super excited! :Pinkbounc

Our children are 26, 23, 21, we are not childless, lol, but definately kidfree. The only way to fly..lol.

We are however looking forward to our grandaughter's first trip to the world!

I suppose we are a little of both, we were childless (we tried for all of our 10 married years and shhh maybe some of our non! ;) ) and now we are childfree (well 2-legged anyway :) ) as we made a conscious decision not to pursue anymore. We like Disney, though it's been a while. We also frequent "those other parks" pretty often.
