Child Swap with FP+ - Would this work?

Will this work at Epcot? It will be me, DH, DS4 and DS2.

DH and DS4 get FP+ for TT. I get FP+ for Soarin'. I know it will work to Child Swap TT (DH & DS4 go in, and then I go in with DS4 for Swap). However, at Soarin', are the CMs going to question why I rode alone the first time (DS4 won't have a FP+ there), but DS4 then went through with DH for the Swap? Or should I not tempt fate and just do one at RD and the other legit FP+ for all? We'll have to do Child Swap either way.

Wondering this as well, and for the same 2 rides. Anyone have experience with this? Will the CM question why my 5yo didn't ride with the first adult, but is now riding with the adult w/ the Rider Swap pass?

I guess we could always save the Rider Swap pass for later, so it may be a different CM or the CM may not remember our family. Do the RS passes have a return window like FP, or can you use them at any time?

I don't know the definite answer, but I would think it shouldn't be a problem. I have read that the rider swap tickets they hand you can be used any time in the day. I have also read that it is at the CM's discretion. Children can be unpredictable. Maybe your son doesn't want to ride with dad and only wants to ride with mom, so that is why he didn't go on with your husband, or maybe he didn't want to go on at all but after your husband rode he decided he did want to ride it.

Unless something has changed dramatically in recent weeks, this will work. We used this method in October, and it worked just find. We used to do this all the time in paper FP days, even when we only had one child. Nobody ever looked twice at you for using a RS pass when alone (as long as you produce the small child for verification before you get in line).
