Chicken Nachos

We'll be staying at the Beach Club in September for my birthday, and I already know I'm going to want some nachos! Chicken nachos to be precise. Where would I go to find some?

(I should not be looking in this forum when I am this hungry!)

Pecos Bills has good beef nachos, plus the toppings bar. I bet they could substitute chicken for the beef.

Have you looked at the menus at the three Mexican restaurants at Epcot or Mayan Grill at Coronado Springs? I don't know if they have them but it would make sense that they would.

I'm on a quest to find this out, too! Specifically at Pecos Bills. I got nuggets from the cart right outside while DH and kids had nachos at Pecos Bills. When I came to sit down, DH said he saw someone with chicken on their nachos when he picked up our food! We're back in two weeks, and I'm going to ask about it when we're in MK. If all else fails, he'll get nachos again and I'll visit the nuggets and waffle fries cart outside.

Just looked at allears.net and the menu for Pecos Bill lists a taco trio where you can "Choose 3 from: Seasoned ground beef, seasoned chicken, spicy beef, or spicy breaded cauliflower, with 5 spice yogurt and pineapple salsa $10.99"....as for Maya Grill, there's chicken fajitas and tacos that are a mix of meats. Check out allears.net. La Cantina de San Angel in Epcot has chicken tacos too.

I would assume they are relatively tasteless compared to something offsite.

The Big River Grill chicken nachos were amazing!! They have more of a white queso cheese, not typical orange cheese you see on beef nachos. It’s been a few years, but if they are the same, they are delicious!!

Not sure if you can get chicken, but the nachos at Splitsville are fantastic!
