Thanks Lidian. We definatly got lucky with that flight and they were so nice when they helped us. And yes there is more pixie dust in the week to come but you will just have to tune in to hear about it.

And don't worry I will include lots of pictures.

I'm here Corrine, great start to your report!

So where did we leave off?

Oh that's right. We were about to get on the airline and head to the most magical place on earth. (They do say that memory is the first thing to go right?)

I forgot to mention in the last update how thick the fog was when we woke up and that a thunderstorm front was moving in. I was a bit afraid that the flight would be delayed and continued to send up little prayers that our flight would be on time. (And I wasn't even sure I was on it yet.)

Luckily our flight was unaffected by the weather and we took off on time and had a pretty uneventful flight. Here is a picture that Liam took from his seat in the plane. As you can see we are toward the back of the plane, you can see the wing.

2 1/2 hours later we were landing in Orlando Florida. It was 90 degrees outside and intermintant rain showers through out the day. (Funny cause we didn't see any rain all day0

We found the tram to the main airport with little problem, but finding the DME was a diffrent story. I got a little turned around but after looking at the map 3 or 4 times we were finally able to find it and got in line to wait for our bus. There were a couple of families in front of us, but we were really close to the front of the line. Once again Liam found a friend in line and they started talking about there trips. A CM came over to us and gave each of the kids a sticker. Liam chose a pirate Mickey that he put on his suitcase. Our bus arrived about 15 minutes later.

Here is a great pic of one of the buses, unfortunatly it wasn't ours. We ended up on a Mears bus. Really hoped for a ME for our first stay on property but . . .oh well.

We were very excited during our trip to the resort. We chated with the people around us. It turned out that there were two families that had little girls who were going to WDW for the first time. So of course when I saw this I was quick to point it out the the girls and there parents.

There was only 2 stops on our bus so we waited as patiently as we could as it stopped at CBR and let out the families there. It looked very beautiful and I hope to be able to stay there someday. Than we were on our way to our home away from home. Pop Century.

We checked in (the wait seemed to be the same for both lines) and seemed to wait forever for them to find the box I sent to Pop with our snacks. Luckily there was a hola hoop contest going on and Liam was enjoying that. We finally got our package and we were headed to our room. We were room 4117 just to the right of the main pool on the first floor. It was nice not having to worry about an elevator the whole trip.

This Giant Green YoYo was just down the hall from our room.

Up next: Some pool time and where will we eat our dinner?

Our trip passed in a blur! It was over way too quick!! And I envy your ground floor room!! My DH says check-in people look at me and say..."3rd floor looks good for her"!!

I can't wait to hear more. Oh, and I am getting close to starting my TR so keep an eye out!!

Huh, I didn't know there were different buses for ME. I'm using that for the 1st time in September...

I didn't know about it either untill I read about it in another TR. I was really hoping for an ME because it was our first trip on site but oh well. The bus just doesn't have mickey on the side and I guess it doesn't play the same video.

I just love the Disney sign, it makes me feel as if I am truely at Walt Disney World. We had the pleasure to see it 4 times during our wish trip. I wish there was an equally impressive goodby on the other side.

I agree it was definatly over way to fast. It seems we took so long to plan and in a blink of the eye it was over. I definatly loved the first floor room, definatly will be requesting it in the future. And besides some flushing from other toilets we heard very little noise from rooms around or above us.

I will defintly be keeping an eye out for your TR.

Hmmm, I wonder. It did seem as most of the people were heading to Pop so maybe you are right. I do remember the bus driver (who was very nice and funny) asking for hands on who was going where.

Just a little side note. I took the kids to Six Flags Great America today to get our season passes. We didn't do the water park (which is our fav part because we were only going for a little bit) but I must admite that I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was because I was just at WDW, but everything seemed to need a paint job. Plus they got rid of a kid area just to add a go cart ride that you have to pay extra for.

So the plan was to head to the pool after we were done checking in at the resort and since our room was right by the flower pool we decided to head there. Though I noticed that we didn't have our fridge yet and called to fix it while Liam was getting changed into his suit. I had decided not to swim at this time because I didn't want to do my hair again.

Sorry there is no pics of Liam playing in the pool. I had left the camera back in the room and was feeling to lazy to walk by and grab it. I was actually texting ziahna at this time trying to figure out if we could meet. Unfortunatly it didn't work out for today.

Funny story is that when Liam got out of the pool to ask me something I noticed that he was still wearing his underwear. Silly boy.

After swimming for about an hour I told Liam it was time to head back to the room to get ready to go Dinner. Things were running pretty smoothly. Liam was getting dressed (with some dry underwear) while I packed the small backpack for the parks. Packed up and ready we headed out. We were about half way to the main building when I relized that I had left the room key and my phone in the room.

Very upset with myself for being so careless, we headed to the service desk and had a new card issued. Good thing I had my ID on me. After waiting about 10 minutes I had my new card in hand and was heading back to the room to get my phone.

I quickly grabbed the phone and headed out again, feeling that we were going to be late for our reservation. Heading out of the resort I looked for taxi's but didn't see any. I didn't look to hard because of the time and I was unsure if the took cards so I didn't want to find a taxi just to find out they didn't except my payment.

The bus to Animal Kingdom was there, so we quickly got on and hoped that it would be a short ride. The ride seemed to take forever, but maybe it was just because I was in a hurry. We got off the bus and headed to the bus to go to Animal Kingdom Lodge. So where were our Dinner ADR's?

I had heard alot about Boma and was glad that our earlier flight had let us keep our ADR. When we got to AKL I became completly lost. About 5 minutes later I finally found Boma and went to the counter to check in. I was a little worried at this time because our ADR was for 4:55 and it was now closer to 5:20. I was sure that they were going to tell me I was out of luck and I would be heading to MK to have a QS there.

Here is where we were sprinkled with some more Pixie Dust. They told me the wait was 45 min- an hour, but since we had reservations we had priorty. I decided to try to wait because we were so hungry and I really wanted to try Boma. They gave us a buzzer and we sat down. Liam wanted to see the buzzer so I handed it to him and as soon as it touched his hand it went off. That's right, we didn't even have to wait 5 min. for our table to be ready.

We were so hungry that I didn't even think about taking pictures, but I did find some that I barrowed to give you all the idea.

Liam had some fruit, chicken, cous cous, and spegetti with meatballs. He commented that the fruit was delisious and must be fresh. He also loved the meatballs very much.

I started my meal with a nice bowl of Carrot Ginger soup.

I didn't know what to expect at first, but it was so good that I will definatly have to get it again.
I also had the chicken, a spinch dish, cous cous, mashed patatoes, and something else I can't remeber. Here is an idea of our plate.

After we had our fill of the buffer we headed over to check out dessert. Our course we both tried the Zebra Cakes and both loved them. We also sampled many other things and they were all great. YUMMMM!!!!!

As were eating Liam made friends with a family that arrived while we were eating with a little girl. They lived in florida and were regulars at Boma, there little girl loved the Mac and Cheese there. Liam chatted with the Mom when the dad got some food. He was quick to recommend the fruit and the meatballs. Our waitress gave Liam a cupcake for his birthday and he was so full that he only ate half. As we left, Liam gave the rest of the cupcake to the family to give to the little girl.

We left Boma very full and glad to be able to eat even though our reservation time had past. We than headed back to the busses and was on our way to the Magic Kingdom.

Either way, you made it and ate well!

I definatly recomend Boma. The food was so good. I will definatly be going back. I told my friend about it (the one that Mia and I are going with in 2013) and she asked if we would be going there. DEFINATLY!!!!

I loved Boma!! I need to find my way back there! Last year we were late for every single ADR and never had issues getting into the restaurant but never was our wait only 5 minutes! What great pixie dust!!!

I think it is great how Liam makes friends so easily! My DD always has and at times it really adds to the experiences!

I always have a fear of leaving my key in the room! Or losing it somewhere! I think I check it constantly to be sure it is where it belongs!
