I was listening to Pat and Ron so didn't hear the TBS guys...I did see on twitter today complaints of how once Harper hit the homer the announcers went all Joe Buck/Kershaw over him.


caught the end of the Yankee's/Indian's game~ flashing back to the Indian's against Chapman( who was brought in for 5 outs ) lol. NYY win 1-0 to stay alive and rain in the forecast for tomorrow. If I was the Indian's I'd be like, you gotta be kidding me.

Just watched this compilation of Cubs 2016 highlights from all 3 series. Really got me nostalgic and optimistic. Hoping there are a lot of moments left for us still.

Indians will be back I think. Although, Houston is looking mighty tough. You could make the case that Cleveland vs. Houston will be the best matchup of the playoffs.

That rain is probably what is left of Hurricane Nate. So it could be substantial rain delay.

I'll be headed to the game soon. I saw Q pitch twice and he won twice, so I'm good luck for him . Parking is going to be a PITB. On street parking "expires" at 6:00 (parking for neighbors only) and the regular remote parking lot will (probably) not be available because it's used for a business. We'll probably just end up at River Road and take the EL/bus in. That's *also* a PITB and takes at least an hour.

Could park somewhere near the Brown line (less common than red) and train it to Belmont then walk or transfer. Bit unconventional but allows parking way west with options. Or Spot Hero.

I’ll be watching on my iPad at work tonight and tomorrow. Hoping we come alive from the rest of the lineup and Q shines.

Would/should have been the 3rd game sweep, but thanks to having to play 10 against 9, it will be another game at Wrigley.

Almost all of us predicted 4 games, but dagnabbit, it should have been 3.

That's what makes a great team!! Even if their record isn't what it was last year, they are a great TEAM!! And if they have a lesser first half so they end up having a better 2nd half...WOO HOO FOR THAT!!!!

Schwarber has replaced Strop in my cringe lineup. Strop is still there, but he takes the backseat to Schwarber. And I'm glad CJ got the win. Too bad Joe pulled Quintana so early. He was doing pretty good. He just needed Schwarber to do his part.
