I don't mean to mislead and here is a quote from the article I posted. The drink refills are free with the $7.49 kids meals as long as it ain't milk. However, I don't ever remember being charged extra for Ice Tea at TS restaurants.
"Dare I even mention that things evolve in restaurants all the time anyway? Consider child meals. A few years ago, these were $3.99 at all parks and hotels. Then, at the table-service restaurants, the price went up to $7.49, but also included were an appetizer and a dessert. You could still get the $3.99 version, though it wasnt listed on the pageyou had to know to ask. Even more recently, weve found that the $3.99 version no longer includes drinks... drinks are only included if you get the $7.49 version. And lastly, drink refills for kids are possible... so long as your kids arent drinking milk, which you have to pay for now, for each refill. So much for Disney putting a renewed focus on healthy eating."
