Princess Mindy - I'd love to see pics, too! My friend just went to Taiwan last Fall. His partner has family there. They also spent some time in Tokyo and went to Disneyland while they were there! Now THAT's somewhere I want to go!

Sk8Leigh - Have you tried Good's Furniture? I always hear ads for them on WGN radio. They're supposed to have furniture in all price ranges. http://www.goodsfurniture.com/homepage.shtml I miss Homemaker's. That's where we got a lot of our furniture.

When we go in Oct I plan on saying we are celebrating birthday's Alex's will be the week later when we are home. I not paying the extra $$ to celebrate his actual birthday I figure close enough.

When I go with friends in May it will be my friend Cheryl's birthday the whole trip. It's actually the day we arrive. I'm making sure she has a button every day.

stepped outside this morning and came right back in.

i know it is winter and also january, but i want the nice warm weather back we had last week........

Is this confession wednesday?

That just struck me as hilarious! I have no confession unless my ultimate plan ever comes to be, I intend to celebrate my 50th with a bash at WDW but it won't be directly on my 50th as that will be in the school year and I will still have a child in school (just don't ask how old my other ones will be, they could be off & married by then! -- Yes, I have several more years before I hit the bit 5-0 -- I haven't even hit the big 4-0 yet but close!). I'm just pre-planning because who is going to travel to WDW to celebrate someone's 40th? Not many (or not in my family at least) but for a 50th, people will be more willing to travel. That's my story & I'm sticking to it! I would do it for one of our big anniversarry but DH is so not Disneyfied that he would put a damper on it. I'm sure when I win the Lotto and drop the amounts it will cost for what I have in my head, Disney certainly won't care that it's not on my actual birthday!

I also had the grandiose idea of taking each kid on their 16th birthday for a quick trip but I think that idea is going on the window fast as DD inches closer & closer to 16, I don't think the funds are going to be there.
