Disneynut - Happy Birthday!!! You're not old. When I turned 30, none of my co-workers sympathized with me as most of them were celebrating birthdays of double that number this year

I'm glad I came on this afternoon. Was having a bad day. Home stuff, and then my boss lid into about the dumbest thing. All my coworkers are saying "HUH??" They seem to think I get picked on because I'm one of the younger librarians.

I went out to Walmart today. Bought alot of stuff I needed. Found boots for ds and dd. Hope boots fit ds, as I had to go to a mens size for him
Even bought thermal underwear for both of them. Got to get ready for winter I suppose

I'm bummed today as I have entered my mid 30's for today i'm 35

My son keeps trying to talk me into going to Disney this weekend to celebrate. I told him to shake that money tree and we will be on our way. lol

I started my new job last week. I feel so lost. I went from knowing everything to knowing nothing. I hope I catch on soon.

Disneynut71 you are a young one. Don't let it get you down. We are only as old as we let others make us believe. I plan on being 25 forever!!! Even though that's long gone!!!
For all of you with sick kiddies hope they feel better soon. And if you are the one feeling sick to you. May you be yourself again soon. It is so rotten to be sick during the busy season.
Lots of decorations in my neighborhood too. Except for my house, only lit the bushes. Gave up on yard decorations since they didn't want to light up. Will wait for the big sales and buy new stuff for next year I guess.
Well, better run and help DD clean her room, if I ever want to run the vacuum cleaner in there again. I'd better try to pull her out from under the bed.
Was a fairly nice day here today. Occasional spit of rain, but saw the sun a few times as well.

i called aa and the plane is now airborne.

after much insistence, they did confirm he is on the plane.

thank you all for you concerns and prayers.
you do not realize how much this means to me.

airlines said that it could take up to 2 hours for custom clearing.
my problem is i can't park anywhere down at terminal 5.
there is a cell lot with a 30 minute limit.
i'm not good at circling the airport since it is in the int'l terminal.

i think i will leave right before the plane is to land and hope i get there when he leaves the building.
i know it will all work out. all i needed to know is if he was on that plane
