Naperville here! Anyone else from Naperville? I found one or two people. I was starting to go through the entire thread.....got to page 12, decided to look how many more pages I had to go! Good Grief! 683 pages! I need to get to sleep and can't be up all night looking for Napervillians! Check in if you live in the 2nd best place in America to live!

I'm so excited!! Not long until Saturday, and we're flying out!! I so need a vacation!!

I just packed a box to mail to myself filled it with my usual carryons that arent allowed now, champagne, gran marnier, rum...

speaking of rum didya know matties that Sept 19 is Pirate day arrrggg so speak like a pirate arrrggg tomorrow!! aaaarrrrggg

I picked up some great deals at the Gurnee Disney Store Outlet, scored a great Stitch that dances like elvis for $3!! I went to all the dollar stores, no disney stuff - Target's $1 area has some pencils (Pooh and Princess) note pads, I think stickers (DD was with me, so I couldnt buy anything!!)

Well, I'm headed to work... 5 more days!!

Good Morning All

DonnaW--you forgot me

Only 8 more days until I leave which is very good. The bad part is today is the only day I have off until the day I leave. How much can I get done in one full day

I worked all weekend and it was pouring out when I left yesterday

Stacey went to OZ Fest in Valpo on Saturday with our friend Bonnie. They had a pretty good time. It is usually held in Chesterton but they moved it this year. We usually go with Bonnie and stay the weekend, but with a trip to WDW last monthe and one next week they only made it a day trip this time.

Everyone is doing fine and starting to get back to normal. I think I am getting a cold

I am happy to see everyone is fine and nothing bad going on.

kangaroodle-- I woldn't even try to read all 600+ pages, just jump right in. I actually live in Chicago, I think there are only a few of us who live here. I know Jedi lives pretty close to me.

macraven--glad your son is fine. I get the e-mail about the TV shows also but I come here and read yours The couch can be comfortable at times

Morning everyone. kangaroodle. This is a fun place to be. Hang around and post a little something often.
DS is covered in mosquito bites after this weekend. Between slushy soccer fields and fishing, even sprayed he didn't have a chance. I sure hope we don't end up with any west nile virus. My luck, someone will be sick before we leave. Doing the best I can to keep them all healthy.
Guess most of you are heading out this week or next. Have fun. Wish I didn't have 2weeks and 6 days to wait. Oh well, with all that's going on around here, I am sure it will fly by for us.
Have to get on the TGM website and get working out my final plans and change a few ADRs. DD has decided she really wants to do a character breakfast at CP again, so have to figure out best place to put it.
Mac thanks again for the list. I'll think I'll tape the WL one and save it for our final vacation edit. Add it to the end.
Anybody see any videos yet from the 1st party?

Well it was a great weekend huh! Too bad it's Monday already. Okay, I'm seriously starting to wonder what happened to Bunchkin. I hope she doesn't make me track her down!

We did Brookfield Zoo yesterday and boy is that place a "racket". First $8.00 to park, $27.00 for us both to get in, crappy lunch of dried out Connie's pizza, and they put TOYS everywhere. Toys Toys Toys. Outside every exhibit is the toy stuffed animal. Okay, and now there's a carousel and two playgrounds. Needless to say, we spent a lot of time on those activities rather than seeing animals. Kind of like going to the MK and walking around looking at the architecture and not riding any rides!!

It was a nice day til the storm hit at 4:00. We got to see and do a lot, but that place is so confusing. It makes the Magic Kingdom seem easy to navigate! We got to do the butterfly exhibit right before the rain hit!! I wished we had more time as they were so beautiful. We got to see some wolves too!

paintnolish... So, it seems we can all be really forgetful sometimes. Thanks, I don't feel so bad now! But, I'm still jonesing for a nice roast! Need to head back to the store!

I know y'all must be getting really excited. Slo: Aren't you feeling all wiggly inside. I know I would be!! Well have a good day everyone, time to get to work!!

Roseprincess, yes I did have Deep Woods Off on him. Doesn't seem to affect the mosquitos here. They're just vicious.
Emptying the pool today and cleaning up for the fall. Don't know how I'll get everything done, plus the stuff for the book fair, iron and pack in 19 days. Was hoping to paint one room also. Don't think that will get done.
Good evening everyone. Where is everybody? Boy it's really going to be quiet around here for the next few weeks.
