DisneyStar006 First off Naperville is a really nice town North central is within walking distance from the downtown area. It's a nice small college. Winters here get really cold, the wind chill can and does get down to 10-20 below zero. I don't know what that converts to in celsius, I flunked metric. When do you arrive? You are welcome to come to any of our meets.We are a fun diverse bunch. Oh as far as going down to chicago take the train there are plenty of buses and trollies to take you around the city.

Bunchkin - I'm so sorry about Lauren's head! Poor thing! First her leg and not her head. I hope she's feeling better

I haven't been on in awhile. Still feeling down - have lots of issues I'm dealing with. DH and I haven't been getting along too well lately

I hope everyone has a fun weekend.

Oh, and here's a great article for anyone who's "feeling old". I thought of it when someone mentioned how they would play the National Anthem when programming ended..

We stayed at WL the last time. All I can say is WOW. I love that place. I need to work maybe 20 more jobs and have a great tax return and maybe I can go back there. I started my savings I think I might have my toe on the drive into WL with luck I should be there again in May.

DH is an electrician actually. But he likes to paint....our house that is. He doesn't mind doing it. We've had someone come and paint at our old house and we weren't satisfied with the work. So we decided just to do it ourselves from then on.
But if I could find someone *good* I would hire them because DH is just too busy!!

I took a girls only trip last January, mac. It was the BEST! Have a great time! What mr. mac doesn't know what hurt him. We're actually doing our 2nd annual trip mid-January.

I'm not sure when we will make it back to WDW. We are doing DL this winter, and we have a trip planned for this coming July to Wisconsin for the American Girl Benefit Sale with a side trip to the Dells. I'd like to go to WDW next year at Christmas and stay at WL. I bet the resort looks real 'purrty' at Christmas time.

A DIS ladies trip sounds great, but getting DH to watch the kids would be tough. Like I said the man's a work-aholic!!

Right now I'd like to hit him over the head with a wiffle bat!! He was letting DD tap dance on the kitchen floor with her 'high heels' on!!! I just asked him if he had considered scuff marks when he let her do that!!! So now the kitchen floor needs to be de-scuffed!!!

It was incredible! I highly recommend it. It was me, my close friend (also a DVC member) and one of her friends. We stayed at OKW. We shopped til we dropped and ate at fantastic restaurants -- all the things we can't usually do with the kids and DH's. It was my birthday, too! Can't wait to do it again. This time we're staying at BCV.
