Not much going on around here. Kids are back at school today from the 3- day weekend. I'm doing laundry and other stuff I have to get done today.

Ok I just have to tell you guys....I just got back from the gym...first time in a LOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGg time....I was going religiously...lost 25 lbs...then had the whole mammogram/heart fiasco & just kinda quit..gained some weight back...decided when the kids got back to school I was going back daily for the 25 days until we left for disney....Went this am...did the ellipitical thingy for 45 minutes came home showered...sat down to dis & I'm STARVING! omg I'm gonna have to me proof the cabinets & fridge...holy cow

Morning everyone. Kids off to first day of school today. 2 hours only. The school gave new supply lists at open house. Turns out I need to go buy more stuff. DRAT! Now the stuff isn't on sale any more. Just figures.
DMM hope you are not floating away anywhere out there in Rockford. Saw pix on the news this morning. Sure looks awful.
Scrappinmom, I think we talked about this before but just checking again. You plan to do EMH at the MK on 10/8? Maybe we could meet up for a snack? I think we talked of Mickey Bars or Dole Whips? But maybe your current return to the gym may trump us?

You can do it! I know you can - you should visit the WISH threads. They're great! I'm a snack fiend, so I have to stock up on snacks that won't get me in trouble. That usually helps!

jedi & niteowl SamIAm is referring to a comment I made last week. I stated that many people have said that it is too hard to keep up to date with our thread and it moves too quickly, therefore some people aren't posting as often as they would like or don't post at all. I said as a group it would be a good idea if the thread slowed down.
This offended certain people and they took it personally. It's ashamed that that happened. And of course that wasn't the intention. There was no mailce in my comment, no name calling.

My wish is that eveyone has the opportunity to read the thread every day and keep up to date on everyone's lives and what might be going on with them, and has the chance to reply and not feel like they are missing out.

Also, there are many like minded people here who have expressed to me that this is their wish as well.

the only reason i have not been posting is because one of my son's has taken over MY computer !!!

he moves to mexico next monday and then i will be free to post and yak all day long if i want to .

my luck i will be back to work full time then..........

Question on ME for anyone who can help. We arrive at MCO at 11:20am. On Southwest. Is it in the same terminal or building or do we have to go to a different building to get the ME? I read somewhere that the Mickey hands greeters were no longer allowed to wait by the gates and that you have to walk downstairs in one building or go from A to B and then go down. Not sure where we will be. Anybody???

Okay, I remember getting off the plane, heading down a concourse and then getting on a tram. When we got off the tram, we entered this main area that was wide open (where the Mickey greeters used to stand) and I think if we looked up, we could see hotel rooms. From there, we just went down another set of escalators to the lowest possible level --baggage, car rental etc. The minute we hit the lower level, we could see the ME desk. It's a pretty big desk and depending on the time of day, usually, there's a bit of a line to check in. I don't think MCO is designed like O'Hare where there are many separate terminals buildings. Each tram takes you to a different gate area and there is one main building in the middle. Does that make sense?

When I was at the outlet mall in Aurora this weekend, there was a children's clothes store that had the cutest clothes! It's clothes for special occasions, so they were expensive, but at least there there was a discount. But they were really nice, quality clothes. Here's the web page:

There are some clearance clothes on the web page, but those can't be returned and you wouldn't be able to try them on.

I have no ties to the store, I just wanted to let those of you with kids know about it in case you need expensive kid's clothes sometimes! They were so cute!

Thanks! I am. I seriously think I get seasonal disorder in August. I get like that every year and as soon as September comes, I feel a lot better. And heck, what's not to look forward to with my trip coming up this month
