Hi, Michelle! You're right, we did kinda just get back...but May seems sooooo long ago now!!! So, I'm gonna have to just enjoy hearing about all of you lucky ones who have upcoming trips, and I hope to see LOTS more pix from my fav place at Disney, POP Century!!!

Donna Sorry I feel like I have 85 closets to go I can not believe all that was crammed in that closet. There where 2 perfectly good backpacks in there cement for stepping stones ( I have no idea how that got in there)Various cake decorating supplies and a partridge in a pear tree. I crack myself up some times.

Bunchkin Alex's class has computers that his teacher begged and borrowed from friends and family. U46 I have no idea how they can justify how they spend our tax dollars.
Great job to Lauren for getting in that class.

Today we went to a grand opening of a new supermarket in town (Fiesta Marker) and i'm in love agian you see i've been DYING for a GOOD Mexican market in a GOOD neighborhood and woooohoo. It's in Belvidere, but i can handle the 10minute drive there i got lots of good stuff for 30$!!!

I like to buy my meat and produce and Hispanic goodies at those places and only go to the grocery store for other staples like bread and such where that stuff is cheaper.!!

My kids were in the wagon so i was stuffing stuff everywhere, so after i paid, the lady bagging loaded up all my stuff into a seperate cart and followed me out and loaded it into my VAN!!!! i tried to tip her, but she said no! WOW!

Hey Bunchkin!! My daughter had a great time today! She loved it! I hope she does well enough in school to get into that Exemplary Class. I would be so proud! I wasn't the best student (sorta lazy), so if my daughter didn't inherit that, I'd be happy!

Unfortunately though, her friend, Hannah, got on the wrong bus going home and got LOST! She is supposed to take one bus to school and another one to her grandma's after school, which is a whole different bus. I haven't heard yet if they found her. I'm sure the bus driver found a way to get her back where she needed to be, but OMG!! I was sitting out front waiting for Megan and as soon as I saw her little face in the window, the tears just poured out. I was so happy to see her! It's hard sending her out into the world like that!

I don't think tomorrow will be so bad because I'll drop her off at Ivy League in the morning and then pick her up after I get off work. At least I know I put left her in one spot and she'll be back in that same spot when I pick her up. I always worry when it comes to her getting on and off buses, etc. She did well in Kindergarten with it, but sheesh, I sweated out those first few weeks!

Tell Lauren, WAY TO GO on having a great first day of school!

DisneyMommy: You're kids are so sweet, it gives me a toothache!! (that's a good thing)!!

The kids are playing in the playroom and DH and i are building a giant building out of blocks anyone else have too much fun with their kids toys??

SamIAm I'm glad Megan had a good day!! I hope her friend was found and all is well. This morning there was a police officer outside the school with his motorcycle parked on the side walk, just watching everyone get off the buses and such. I'm not sure what the actual purpose was for that?? But anyway, Hunter and I were talking to him after getting Lauren to her room. A little girl walked past us, she had just gotten off the bus, she was crying and holding herself. Her little friend walking beside her looked so worried for her. I was bent down and asked her if she was ok, and she said no and kept walking and crying. It was so sad!! I'm guessing she was 1st grade. I hope her day got better!!

Someone in Lauren's class, a boy who lives in our subdivision, has already made fun of our last name!!! The same thing happened to DH when he was little. Our last name kind of rhymes with ravioli.
And this kid's first name is Dakota!! So of course I asked her if she asked him to stop, she said yes but he kept it up. So now she will tell her teacher if he does it again. I also told her it wouldn't he nice to call him South Dakota or North Dakota, but it made her laugh!!!
I hate little punks!! They always grow up to be big ones!!
