Oh,forgot to mention, DH had ordered the most recent Disney planning DVD, the Year of a Million Dreams one, with Disneyland and WDW on it!! We just got it in the mail a couple of days ago!! Only watched half of it so far. Unfortunately, Dh says we can't afford to go back to WDW nor go to Disneyland . Never been to Disneyland before. I know him and I both dream to go back with the kids, at least he says he would love to go back, just doesn't want to get more in debt over a vacation in general. Oh well, at least I have the DVD to watch

Leigh Good luck at the design center! That is where things will really start to add up $$$$$$$$$$!!!
When we did our house, we visited the design center prior to our appt. and asked for a print out of ALL the available extras that we could get. It was really nice to have and go over prior to our selection date.

Yes, Lincoln Way high school is only about 10 minutes from my house. But we all safe at home when the incident occured. I hope the officers who were shot are all doing ok. They have not released any info about them the last time I checked. The hospital they are at is litterally down the street from me. Just a very strange incident!!

We received the new planning DVD just the other day and I've only watched a small bit of it!!
I want to have the kids watch the Disneyland part with me, since we are taking them there in the spring!!!

I can't wait till the build the new HUGE mall down the street from me, right where they are bringing in 355!!!! And I heard Great America bought the land right across the street!!! Not sure if I like that idea!!!

RosePrincess : Hope you win the vacation! I wouldn't advertise the contest either. No way. Improve your chances. My niece is trying to win the essay one for brides to be to win a wedding! Wouldn't that be great? Thanks for thinking of DMMichelle and me with respect to the terrorist. I thought of her right away because she lives by my folks and within a mile of the mall. My dad walks there every morning in the winter. argh. DMM is a regular there too because that's where our Disney Store is!

It is a Saturday, so Orland is most likely super crazy, have fun though. So, what do you think about a new mall and amuesement park? The mall could be very nice, but I am scared of a Great America being in the area. (I am in Mokena BTW)

I had a good time this weekend - on Friday I went to a friend's holiday party, and yesterday, I went to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra with my mom, which was awesome!!! And then at night I went with my MIL to her work Christmas party and boy did I have a blast!!!! But I will spare details

Hi all. Hear about the shooting/hostage situation/whatever it is in the Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago? That's my building, the Citicorp building. They've finally stopped the announcent telling us not to let anyone in or out, and stopped the flashing lights. It's supposedly on the 1st, 2nd, and/or 38th floor. I'm on the 10th. I'll keep you posted.

We're supposed to be having our Christmas party tonight.

Sorry i'm just reading today...I was on the second floor. It was so crazy. I was never so scared in my life. I don't have to be down there again until Friday. I don't know how I will feel when I have to go back in.

Good afternoon.

It's been a rough week sinus problems combined with a really bad headache has kept me off the computer.

As my post above says Friday was a bad day. I was in the Citibank building...my instructor told me I didn't look well and I should go home. I told her no I wanted to finish my training. Darn if I would have listened to her I could have avoided the whole thing. My family kept calling me making sure I was alright. Even my family in NY.

I am about half way finished with my shopping. I need to go out next weekend to finish. Glad to be going to the meet I plan to finish then.

Sorry to hear so many ill right now. I feel ya.

i'm at 101 days till my next trip today. I wish it was sooner. My dining is all set just need to buy my airfare which should be within the next few weeks.

I wanted to know...if you have a annual pass do you get discounted rates on resorts? I am buying passes so that we can go a few more times next year and wanted to make sure I knew all the benefits.
