Chicago Area DIS meet DEC 7th!

Well, it looks like I'll have to cancel. This morning DH surprised me with an impromptu trip leaving next Monday and returning home on the 7th. I'll miss meeting everyone but I'll tell Mickey you all said HI!!

Geef, I'm honestly not sure if I can make it there by 8:00 a.m. I am coming from the south burbs which would mean an extremely early wake up call around my house to get there on time. I'll do my best, but is there a penalty for being late?? I may have to reconsider...

I think the only penelty may be that you may have to park further from the door... Don't worry about it. We would love to see you!

no penalty... that is a long drive.. but without traffic it will go fast..

Hmmmm, I get back from Phoenix on the 6th, I wonder if I can drag my carcass out of bed and make the hour drive into the meet????

I didn't realize you had changed it to the 7th. Maybe I'll see if one or both of my daughters want to get up and go with??

Looks like you've got a great group forming! I so wish I could go to one of these events but it's a pretty long commute from WA state.
