I wanted to die in the diner, show them what they had done, but I ended up stumbling out and falling unconscious on the sidewalk. Y-you know, sometimes I think I did die. This is heaven. I actually have people who care about me. Sure, I'm depressed, but that's not going to change. I'm also happy, it's just hard for me to show it."

I just-" he sighed "I think it has to do with my parents. They planned on spending forever together but that, didn't, work." he shrugged "I've never gotten over thinking it was somehow my fault."
