Chef's table billing question?

I think they charged my credit card for a deposit, do they do this or do they charge a deposit for all my ressie? If they did charge me a depost for just the Chef's table do the deduct that from your bill?

Unless V&A has changed their policy they don't charge you a deposit prior to your dinner.

They ask for a credit card to hold your reservation - if you're a no-show for dinner then they will charge you a certain percentage of the cost of the meal as a penalty (and to make up lost revenue for the night).
