I keep hearing the name Chef Tj come up in the threads about nut allergies! Does this man have kids with nut allergies? Does anyone know which restaurant/resort he is at? I saw a 2010 post for GF but my DH use to be a chef at disney and told me they rotate locations yearly. I ask because it says he goes above and beyond at making ur dining experience with a nut allergy a pleasurable one. We have never had a problem at WDW but some chefs are more accommodating and pleasant about it than others.

Chef TJ was at 'Ohana and is known for being great about accommodating people with special diets with their own unique meals.

He moved to another restaurant late last year....I think it was 1900 Park Fare or Grand Floridian Cafe? I know it was a GF restaurant. Not sure which one. So chances are he is still at that GF place right now.

Thank you! We have reservations at 1900 and Citricos... not going till Sept but he may still be there... had the DH ask 2 chefs he still speaks to but they are at Tusker house and weren't sure

I just did a search and lucky you....seems TJ's new digs are 1900 Park Fare with the occasional jaunt at GFC.

We have a Boma reservation as well... all ears still has it as good ratings so we shall see ya never know

Oh don't get me wrong it's still one of our favorites onsite, but I think the diversity of the food is not as great as it used to be.
