Chef TJ @ Ohana's?

Does anyone have any idea what days Chef TJ typically works at Ohana's? We'd like to make reservations for dinner there while he is working (heard he does amazing things for vegans) for our trip in Oct.

I don't know if his schedule is set or made available, but I would think like most chefs he will always work weekends (Friday and Saturday) b/c those nights are typically the busiest in restaurants.

He was working last night, we had a 5:00 res. He came to our table and made us a special meal, we were treated like royalty. We're still raving about it, tasty and so much to eat. TJ has made Ohana's a must do for my familly.

We were there in October and had Chef Lisa (I think that was her name). We went on Tuesday morning and Saturday evening.

From what I've read on the reviews here - seems he DOES NOT work on Friday or Saturday nights - weekdays are your best bet! I'll be asking for an appearance from him during our trip in less than 3 weeks!

I know a friend talked to him yesterday about doing a vegan meal for his family when they are there next week, so he's at least available on Tuesdays, don't know if that's his normal day to work or not, but he was making phone calls.

Does he only work later in the day? What about for breakfast? Heard he is good with allergies
