Chef T.J. now at Ohana's

Chef T.J. is now at Ohana's at the Poly. If you have eaten at Boma, you may have met Chef T.J. He had been at Boma since the opening ( about 7 yrs). DW has food allergies and at all WDW resturants the Chef will come out and speak about your allergies. Chef T.J. not only comes to the table but also makes the person feel special. Chef T.J. goes beyond the usual Disney treatment and treats the person as if they were one of his family members. Chef T.J. will make your dining a special occasion.
Hopefully Chef T.J. will bring his famous Fried OREO's. It is the best dessert that I have ever eaten.
DW, DD, and I have been to WDW approximately 22 times and have eaten twice now with Chef T.J. and will always contact Ohana's to find out when Chef T.J. is working. Once you have eaten at a resturant that Chef T.J. is at you will see that he has quite a following of repeat guests.

Well hopefully he can bring something special to dinner at O'hanas. We did it once, and it wasn't worth returning for. We have been fans of Boma since they opened the doors!

TJ would prepare a lot of great stuff for my vegan friend - I don't know if she'd want to go near Ohana where the specialty is "meat on a stick."

SO glad to know about Chef TJ going to 'Ohana. We LOVED meeting him at Boma; he treated my son (with severe nut allergies) like a PRINCE. He is truly amazing. Thanks for the info!

TDC Nala I believe your friend will still get the same vegan food as Chef T.J. as you know is his own person. The salads that he brought out DW were great. I am a meat and potatoe person myself but salads were the best. I went back out to the buffet and got salads.

I believe there will be a change with menue at Ohana's. Chef T.J. will have to bring in his style. A new Chef a new menue.

I cannot wait for our next visit to see what Chef T.J. has done to bring Ohana up alittle.
