chef mickey's

We're arriving at MCO on Dec 19 at 5 pm. Plan to get PS at Chef Mickey's for 8-8:30 pm. Will the food be lukewarm by then? Is it worth it going so late?

Chef Mickey's is a popular place, and when we were there last month I noticed that they were constantly replacing the dishes, and they went through a few prime ribs while I was there (in about one hour). I think even at 8:00 there will still be plenty of people there to consume the food at a pretty good pace.
