There are no reservations available for Chef Mickey on line on the app. By any chance would there be anything available if we called Disney?

No, they don't have a separate block of reservations. Just keep checking back.

Either set up an alert and/or just keep checking. My trip is about 2 weeks away and CM pops up for breakfast and dinner routinely. I cancelled both of my ADRs for it. Good luck!

Several Disney information websites have reservation finder programs. Some are paid, some are subscription based. If you Google Disney Dining reservation finder, several results will pop up.
