Chef Mickey's last seating for breakfast

Wondering if this a good idea or silly to try!!!!
First time to Disney World March 2012 I know a long ways a way but I am a planner and organizer.

We will be flying into Orlando from Seattle and we are taken the red eye (I know you must think we are crazy but instead of a couple of connections and long flight time we would rather only be flying for 6hrs)

Are flight arrives at 7:05 am ( approx flight times ) We are staying at POR, we haven't figured out if we are doing DME or town car.

Is it possible to make it from the airport to POR and then to Chef Mickey's for breakfast. Has anyone been to the last seating.


Our first day is going to be pretty relaxed might go over to MK for Parade and the head back for a swim and early night in bed

We have taken the same flight twice from Seattle and had no problems getting to WDW by 9:30 via ME both times-once to CB and once to BC. We have also done the last seating for Chef Mickey's twice-no issues great fun!!!

I can't help with the timing issue, but I've done the last seating for breakfast at Chef Mickey's before and loved it. I'm not a breakfast eater...lunch is typically my "big" meal for the day so it worked out great. No problems with the food running out or having sat out. Everything was plentiful and fresh. Added bonus, most of the characters got around to our table twice since the place was emptying out, so DD got a lot of quality time with them.

Awesome, its to great to hear about the food and characters it will be nice to eat in the middle of the day as we seem to have alot of character meals that are breakfast hoping to move them around with out losing to much time and the parks
