Chef Mickey's- kids buffet??

The menu lists:

Chef Mickey's Macaroni and Cheese
Goofy's Cheese Pizza
Minnie's Vegetables
Chip & Dale's Tender Chicken


Is this all they have for kids? Is the "tender chicken" chicken strips or nuggets or grilled chicken? Our son is very picky! Do they have fries?

Anyone at a buffet can eat anything they want from the entire buffet. Disney buffets usually highlight the kids' foods so they will be easier to find.

The chicken tenders are breaded.I have not seen fries on the buffet at all.I know at Crystal Palace, if you ask they may bring you some.Not sure about chef Mickeys.But your child can eat anything off any portion of the buffet.They are not restricted to just children selections

We will be paying the adult price for him since he is almost 11, but he will only eat chicken strips like they have at the quick service places, with the crispy batter, not strips with bread crumbs. His autism makes feeding him very difficult. Are the chicken strips the crispy kind or just breaded with bread crumbs. Thinking about canceling this ADR if he won't eat anything! Thanks again!

Even if they were crispy to begin with, they are kept in big warmers and get limp pretty quick don't count on anything being very crispy at a buffet. They are better, I think, at table service meals where they are made to order or close to it.

Oh and sympathy for you on the age 11 and price thing.... we will be in the same boat soon.

I have one daughter but two food identities. I never know which one will show up for a meal - the one who eats like a bird or the one who eats like a tiger.

Next year when we have to pay adult price we will avoid pricey buffets because it will be hard to watch her eat $5 of food we paid $30 for.
