Is Chef Mickey's open for dinner? Is it a character dinner? Is it a buffet?

Yes, it is open for dinner. Yes, it is a character meal and a buffet.

The food is just average but the character interaction is GREAT!

Definitely give it a try!

personally I would rank the food way below average and the chracter interaction good but not great. However if you must see all the main charcters at one meal, this is really the only one. We had rather hit H&V for lunch and Donalds Breakfast o saurus to see all the "main" characters.
