Chef Mickey's for Breakfast

Does the Chef at Chef Mickey's make eggs/omelets made to order if you want something different than on the buffet? Also, what kind of food is on the buffet for breakfast? We have been to Crystal Palace numerous times, is it similiar to that buffet? Thanks for all the information.

I have never seen anyone making omelettes, but then I never specifically asked, either.


I did check Deb's site,and she doesn't list omelettes, either.

Do you know her site? She has menus for practically everything in WDW.

We ate there last week for the first time, but I'd definitely go again. There was a pre-made cheese omelette on the buffet, and the usual eggs, waffles, pancakes, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, and fruit. My favorites were an egg-cheese-potato casserole and a turkey quesadilla that I highly recommend!

Does anyone know if the waffles are Mickey waffles? If not, do you know where they do serve them? My DH really wants one!

There are Mickey waffles at Chef Mickeys and my mother wants to go back just for them!
