We plan to go to Crystal Palace one day for bkfst. We have 2 toddlers who will probably love character meals....so we're packing alot of them in!

Is CM better for Bkfst or Dinner? I hate to waste my "morning" time eating a long bkfst but was thinking of maybe doing it on our last day before we fly home.... Juts wondering if Bkfst is better or is dinner better there?

THANKS!!!

They are both good, but breakfast is much much better than dinner. Chef Mickey breakfast is one of my fav character meals!! You really can't go wrong either way though!

We've had dinner there the last three years in a row, the most recent being August 6. We have been disappointed all three times. Quality is subpar and choices are very limited, even when compared to other character meals. The kids always request it, so we've gone back, but even this time, my oldest said he sees no need to have dinner there again. I haven't done breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but I think we might try that next time, just because the kids want those characters and I don't want to wait in line.

THANKS! You all have really helped me make up my mind. Breakfast, it shall be! Any tips on what time would be best? How late do they serve bkfst? Is it possible to hit one of the parks in the morning and then do a late brunch there?

I'd DEFINITELY say dinner! But I'm not a morning person and can't eat a lot for breakfast..

Dinner was terrible food wise but great character wise. I would pick breakfast

I don't remember exactly the time breakfast goes to, but I will tell you what worked great for us.;) We hit EMH at MK one morning, got to ride every fantasyland ride without wait with my kids 5 and 2, hit the monorail for late breakfast at CM's(@11am), then back to Poly for swim/nap, then evening at epcot. It was a perfect but busy day.:goodvibes

our dinner there was very bad. bad food, bad service and Mickey was hard to come by! HELLLOOOO?

I can't say anything about the food as this will be my first ''real'' trip to WDW this December. But I have read so many bad reviews about dinner at CM, while breakfast seems to be much better, that I just called a few minutes ago to change my ADR on January 2nd from early dinner (4:30 PM) to any late breakfast.

Well, it turns out there were MANY time slots available! I even got a 12:05 PM ADR! When I first made my ADRs I was specifically told there was no lunch available! Granted, it is breakfast food for lunch... we love brunches! My kids would eat breakfast foods 3 times a day if I'd let them! They are gonna go crazy about those Mickey waffles, and I don't think they have them at Akershus Princess Storybook where is our only other b-fast ADR.

To make a long story short... I also felt that TS b-fast takes away a lot of time in the parks, that is why we kept it to a minimum. But if you can manage to get a late ADR and make it the lunch time meal, when the parks get crowded anyways, it is a great idea!
