Chef Mickey's cancellations??

I just booked Chef Mickey's for dinner. I'm soo excited that we got a reservation but the only thing is that our reservation is on a Sat in May at 8:00pm. We'll be traveling all day and I was hoping for an earlier reservation. Do they often have people call ahead of time to cancel?

You could try to call over night around 9-10 PM I've heard that's a good time to p/u cancelled reservations... i've been calling daily for 2 weeks now trying to get some thing... no luck yet but i have hear of thoes that have also try calling once you are there as well or on the drive down if you haven't changed your mind by then. we are eating there our first dinner after our drive down (but we take 2 days to drive down) and we got in at 6:45 not real early but good enough i hope the kids will be in bed by 8:30-9:00 or so...

I'd definitely keep calling back, it can't hurt, and hopefully you could get an earlier time.

we ran into the same thing trying to change our 7:55pm dinner reservation on our second day at the park and have only had minor success changing it to 7:35pm. On phone with them now, lol, and...................no luck..
