We had a 1:30pm reservation for brunch at Chef Mickey's on our Thursday (MK) day. We took the monorail from MK to the Contemporary. We checked in and were given our pager. We waited about 15 mins for the table BUT we were also 10 mins early.
I thought the selection of food for brunch was very good. There were 4 adults and 1 child in our party and all of the adults thought the food was very good. My favorites were the Caesar salad, the peel & eat shrimp, the very crispy bacon and the ham from the carving station.
My son loved making his own ice cream cone and I thought the selection of deserts was plentiful and tasty.
The character interactions were great, but sadly I missed Minnie Mouse as she came to the table as soon as we arrived and I was making DS's plate. I had hoped she would come back, but she didn't. Goofy was my favorite of all.
We had a very good experience and I would go back for brunch again, as my DH really enjoyed having both breakfast and lunch items to choose from.
