It is at the Contemporary Resort. A great way to get a lot of character signatures without having to wait in the parks... it's the only one with Mickey and Minnie.

Don't forget it's located on the 4th floor Grand Canynon Concourse Level with all their stores, arcade, Outer Rim Lounge, Contempo Cafe and the Monorail station.
