Chef Mickey's breakfast ADRs?

I have never made ADRs so please forgive my ignorance here...! I know the dinner shows like Hoop-de-Doo must be paid in advance at the time of reservation; how about something like the breakfast buffet at Chef Mickey's? I know a regular ADR at a table-service restaurant you would not, since you don't know exactly what you'll end up ordering, but where the buffet is a set price, I'm wondering if it's different. Need to plan since there are five of us!!

Chef Mickey's does not require any kind of deposit or pre-payment. The only one I can say for sure is Cinderella's Royal Table. Most of the others do not require a credit card at the time of booking.

I just called today and they asked for credit card numbers for Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic Package and Princess Storybook Dinner, but not for Chef Mickey's. I think that means they're actual reservations, not just Priority Seating.
