Chef Mickey lunch question

Will Chef Mickey's be open for lunch all the way through free dining in December? Or just through the September dates?

Chef Mickey's seems to be open for lunch all the time now that Liberty Tree Tavern does not have characters.

Actually, I called this week and a CM said that Chef Mickey's is only open for lunch in Sept. I was trying to make a reservation for lunch at CM for December, but he said they are not open.
