Does anybody have the menu? I used to have it but cannot find it.
A Private Affair is a wonderful event at the HH resort. Gordon is a superb host and can prepare anything desired. While he does provide a suggested menu, if there's something else you'd like, just let him know.
Here is a sample menu (I don't think this is the current menu, but anything here is still available if desired).

A Private Affair
Imagine yourself sipping a glass of wine with the sound of the Atlantic Ocean in the background while a delicious meal is prepared just for you by your very own Personal Chef. Disneys Hilton Head Island Resort now offers you this extraordinary opportunity. In this unique dining experience, you may choose your own menu and wines from our special list. A resort chef will demonstrate how to create the evenings selections and , if youd like, you may even assist with the preparations.
