Chef Art Smiths brunch

We are trying to plan our last minute quick stop over at Disney for 2 nights. I really want Chef Art Smiths Homecomin' thigh high chicken biscuits and the fried pickles, but the only time we can go there is over brunch (around 10:30-12 on a Saturday and that is brunch time). Will they still make me the chicken biscuits??? Fried pickles would be great, but not an absolute must have if they'd AT LEAST do the chicken biscuits!!! I know things can change based upon who's serving and in the kitchen, but has anyone had luck with this? I know the brunch there is wonderful, I'm just REALLY wanting the chicken biscuits. I suppose I can order the fried chicken and then separate order biscuits??? Trying to think of how I can make this work.

For brunch, you can order from the lunch menu as well.

I had the Hallelujah Biscuit for brunch, and that is fried chicken over biscuits with over easy eggs, pimiento cheese, etc....Delicious!

The fried green tomatoes are amazing...

We've ordered the chicken biscuits during brunch, as well. We always ask for all breast meat for an additional charge as we don't like the thighs. Fried green tomatoes were amazing and the only place we'll order them at. Save room for dessert!!
