Disagree... The most overrated sandwich is the Monte Crisco at Disneyland. A total gut bomb and one time ruined my whole afternoon at the park. A big fat pile of grease.

Naaah. That sandwich is a bit over rated on this site. But the over rate pales in comparison to the over rates of Dole Whips and Zebra Domes. Off this site, I really don't hear people raving about them. It really depends on the cook. Some of them swim the dang thing in grease and others make it far better.

Confession time: I've never had a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I know I'd like it, but I've always held out for the genuine article from Philadelphia. But it's been 67 years and I still haven't visited the city....would love to, it just hasn't happened.

We have a pretty decent regional chain sub shop here called "Goodcents." Their stuff is similar to Subway but vastly better. I wonder if they, or any other of the chain shops have something that's good--even it isn't actually authentic.
