Cheese Seminar F&W Festival

I apologize if this is the wrong spot but does anyone know if you have to reserve the Cheese seminar ahead of time? And if so, how do you make the reservation? This is what I am referring to:
Learn about cheese from professionals from the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center in New York City as well as the Rogue Creamery in Oregon. The cheese will be paired with selected wines.

Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. — 11:45 a.m. in the Festival Welcome Center

•10/01 — France — Max McCalman
•10/08 — Italy — Erin Hedley
•10/15 — Old World Mountain- Max McCalman
•10/22 — Spain — Waldemar Albrecht–Luna
•10/29 — United States—David Gremmels
•11/05 —France — Max McCalman
•11/12 — Old World Maritime— Max McCalman
Price: $75 per person, plus tax. Gratuity included.

Theme park admission is required.

Call 407-WDW-FEST or 407-WDW-DINE (both lines dump into the same queue) and ask to book the seminar you want. Have the description in front of you when you call as you may have to help the phone agent find it. This event can't be booked online.

You may be able to book it the day of the seminar if there is availability, by phone or via Guest Services or a resort concierge. If you book ahead of time you pay in full and they are not cancellable. If it's full there is an outside possibility of getting in at the door if they have no-shows (you'll pay for it there, if you do that).
