cheese blintzes

Anyone know where we can get cheese blintzes in WDW? We went last May and thought they w -ere served at the 1900 Park Fare breakfast but they weren't. We are trying to track them down for our trip this May. Thanks!

We had them at Tusker House breakfast in December. They were good but had a lemon/citrus flavor, which was not typical for us. The filling was very creamy, like sour cream but runnier.

DS, who has never had cheese blintzes, really liked them. I thought they were okay but were more like a cream filled crepe to me.
