It seems so unreal that it really is getting so close. I'm just as excited as my kids. We are leaving the Friday before Thanksgiving after the kids get home from school. We will be coming home the Friday after Thanksgiving which means I miss Black Friday. I guess you can't have it all.

My best friend is out at 5am on Black Friday... not me, if I'm not at WDW, then I'm enjoying my day off. I worked retail for a few years~ don't miss it one bit!

My mom asked for our LL Bean Christmas list the other night. We're doing a light Christmas this year, a few things from Ikea and LL Bean. Jacqui wants a bathroom from Old Navy (the one she has is from Victoria Secrets and is probably about 10 years old now). I've been buying a few things here and there (now I just have to figure out where I hid them). I have to go to Target after work tonight, she wants the 80's Trivia game, I hope they have some left, I hadn't had a chance to get there at all this week.

I think it's official... he's not necessarily ready, but he's obviously very willing to go back. Last night, he watched some show about AK on the travel channel and was surprised at how much we had missed... then I just caught him now watching another show on Travel... "Hidden Disney".

And I gotta go check with the TiVo now and see when it's on again so *I* can record it. LOL

I went Christmas shopping today. Got a good start and came home and wrapped everything I bought. I feel like I'm so far behind since I won't be home for Thanksgiving. I get so much Christmas shopping done that week. Oh well, can't have it all now can we?

Oh, it won't be terribly soon...I have no desire to go in the summer and we won't pull the kids out of school again til DS gets out of HS. And our school doesn't do a spring break... only a couple of extra days at Easter.

I waited 41 years to go the first time... I can wait a few more.
