did you lose your power at all?? There was a news report this morning that something like 200,000 lost power on LI.

Wow!!
We didn't lose power here (luckily, we rarely do), but the wind last night was fierce. Everytime I started falling asleep (and I was plenty tired after bailing out my basement), something whacked the side of the house or my windows and woke me up.

Yes, I finally recovered from Tummy Time.

But my tummy looks just as bad as it did before.

DH is now on his way to Texas. Now that's a shock to the system - Iceland to Texas.

And trust me, I make sure he catches up on the weekends. He's been handed *many* a poopy baby.

So - speaking of poopy babies. That little squeaky one is making noise again.

Honestly.

I cannot find the "off" button.

either early oct 5th or 6th,, dd said it was thursday, but also told us the 6th

i think she was a little, well, out of it at the time,,lol,, she said agin today thursday so had to be the 5th, we waited till they got home and settled into a routine before we went down to see her, its only 35 min from home, sdo we didnt get to saty long today, but they are close enough we can go spoil her regularly,,lol

I know all kinds of quasi-celebrities. Who's autograph would you like? How about future Arkansas governor Mike Beebe--he's a neighbor. (Froggy- you better vote for him!) How about my hairdresser? He's BFF's with MaryKate and Ashley's Dad's sister and showed them land nearby last week. Ooh! One of my high school boyfriends was in an episode of Square Pegs. And my very own DH is a world-renowned editor/columnist/designer at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Here's his arty pic for a recent article:

and btw,, technically, amelia is not blood related to myself in anyway. dw is technically her ex-step grandmother but we always claimed her mom as one of ours, the father abandoned our dd 14( whom i have adopted) dw, and his two older girls at hte same time, but being step mom, dw couldnt get the girls, they went to his mother. so by blood she is dd14's half sisters daughter,,lol,, too hard to comprehend the real relations,, shes our grandbaby,,lol
