Fab, I don't even need to visualize those feet.

Yeah, you get that pedicure. And maybe another one just for good measure. . . :teeth:

Unfortunately, like many things (like a very good date ;) , pedicures just cannot be stored up.

I'm sure I will have yucky feet to share with you all very soon, regardless of what I do.

When do your parents come back, Susan? And more importantly, what have you done to enjoy their absence? :rolleyes1

My parents came back on Tuesday. Frankly I was releived to not have to deal with their cat anymore. She hates me. She forgot that she was mine first. The time went by fast and I was so busy with work and extra meetings that I didn't have as much time to myself as I thought I would. :sad2:

You sound like another one of my "Susan" friends. She babysits her parents' cat and he wakes her up at 5 am to be fed. He knows how to open doors!

My parents cat is an outside cat who comes in the garage at night. I apparently offended her by giving her flea medicine and she hissed at me the whole week. :confused3 She was my cat before they moved here and I guess those years meant nothing to her. :guilty: ;)

I'm going home! Have a great evening!

Good Morning Cheeky Chicks.

The coffee is good this morning. Anyone who wakes up early grab a cup and come chat.

Not much Saturday chat huh? Well, I don't have much time either. :guilty:
I hope you all have a good one though! We had a freak lightening storm last night, which was very cool. Very unusual for this area. We might have one or two a year and they always come along with big rain, but this was with very little rain. That's my excuse for sleeping in. The thunder kept me up. :teeth:

Whoever planned on us going to WDW two weeks before DD's birthday is an idiot.

Oh.

That was me.

Just let me get thru this weekend and then I can focus ALL my attention upon you again. Honest. Well, except at work. I have a new work area as of Monday and I probably will not be around much. But football is over next week, so my evenings will free up a bit.

OK, you guys didn't want to know any of that.

Back to cleaning and cake baking....

Chris, you sound like one busy woman, however I think your priorities might be off. Here is how it should go:

1. Cheeky Chicks
2. Rest of Disboards
3. Family
4. WDW planning
5. Work

Now put us first and get back to your knitting. :teeth:

Except maybe #5 should be naps. :p

Hello Cheeky Chicks..
and our gentle men... Is GD back yet???

another Saturday night and I ain't got nobody... I don't remember the rest of the song.

Just dropping in to say Hey to everyone. I'm off to BJ's to get a few things, :moped: but I'll check in later.

Hey Jeanny!

I'm doing my Costco thing tomorrow.

And sadly, I'm really looking forward to it again!

But they don't seem to have the pretty pony paraphernalia they had last year.

Which *is* a disappointment.

Hello old chicks, and old men!

This is sort of a drive by post, since I haven't been around in forever.

The biggest reason for this is that, after 2.5 years of taking flying lessons, ground school, and a bunch of solo flights, I decided to stop being a wuss and get my FAA oral exam and checkride out of the way and become a real private pilot. This meant cracking down on my studying, giving up message boards for the duration, and getting it done.

Well, I took my oral exam and checkride today, and ......

I PASSED! WOOOOO HOOOOOOO! I'm a real-life, honest-to-goodness private pilot now. What a load off my shoulders! I should have done this in about 6 months, but let the process drag on for 2 extra years. Now I can fly anywhere I want, so long as it's in VFR conditions. YES !!!!!!!

I hope everyone is doing well, BTW. :)

Great.

The rest of us will be in bunkers for the next two years.

You understand, I'm sure.

;)

Congrats Grim! Oh, and can you pick me up and fly me to Orlando next week? I'm sure that's not asking too much for an honest to goodness pilot.

Good Morning Cheeky Chicks. :wave2:

After church today I'll be cheering my Saints on. :cheer2:

Have a great Sunday?

Arkie you are still in my thoughts and prayers. I hope the healing process has begun for your family. :grouphug:

there are three small airports near me... which one would you prefer. I can pack my bags in about 5 minutes, then we can fly around picking up the rest of the Cheeky Chicks!!
