Checking in with e voucher for APH rate?

After months of waiting for a better rate for our January stay at HRH, we have booked the APH rate. Got a rate of $169 for a saturday night and a rate of $139 for a sunday night. Much better than our original rate of $299 each night!
I`ll buy the AP online, so can I check in with the e voucher thingy?
