Checking in at CBR

Once we check in at CBR how do we get to our rooms?? W/ 3 little ones and plenty of bags and a stroller,will they cart us over?? Or do we have to lug all that stuff on the shuttle to get to our room?

On 3 trips, we have always taken the internal bus, but we were only a couple 1 time and with 1 child 2 times so it was easy for us.

I'm sure you can ask for a ride. I do that when checking out, bell services picks up our luggage and drives us to the Custom House.

And I saw an older couple ask for a ride to their room from Old Port Royal one night because it was raining (barely) and they got it.

Just ask how it works when you check in. Disney World will take care of you. Have no worries!

We have always gotten a ride in the van that takes the luggage to the room. However we will have 2 kids now (no car seats)..so I will probably send DH ahaed in the van with the luggage and I will take the stroller/kids over to the room via walking. That's why I requested Aruba or Barbados

You can always give all your bags to Bell Services and have them deliver it to your room once you are in there. It just a phone call down to get the bags delivered. Then you would just have to deal with the children.

But like everyone said, just ask. At Disney, always ask - it usually gets you what you want or at least something really acceptible.

We've stayed at CBR twice. Both times bell services picked us up at Custom House in a van. Took us to our "island" and wheeled our luggage right to our room and sat it inside. We tipped $1 per bag. The day before we checked out I called bell services and they picked us (and luggage) up 45min. before our magical express departure time. We love CBR!!
