Checking double stroller with luggage

Can you check on a double stroller(tandom style) with your lugage? Its tall but not wide.I thought I would ask here instead of the transportation board because alot of families have double strolller and would know first hand if its possable.TIA

I don't have an answer for you, but you can probably check it at the gate when you board as well. That is what we did with our stroller.

You can, but I would gate check it if I were you. It's nice to be able to use the stroller in the airport and have it waiting for you when you get off the plane.

I agree--I would just check it at the gate. But don't leave your 1 yr. olds favorite, personalized, adorable blanket in the basket of the stroller. (We experienced this in Sept. '06 & I still haven't gotten over it!) Seriously, make sure you take EVERYTHING out of the stroller, or you may never see it again!
