check your reservations before

I just checked our reservations (because we were charged a holding fee for the luau) and they had our reservation as 0 adults and two kids (4 and 5) GIVE ME A BREAK.........so I called and sure enough we had two kids going to the luau and no adults.......I called up and got that straighted out and also the money charged to my credit card is a holding fee only.....and if we dont show up for the luau the rest is charged to our cc ....if it rains and it is cancelled then we would get a credit to that .....OY OY OY

SO Please check your reservations on the dining reservation line......it was easy to do just put in your confirmation number

they always give you a confirmation number either on the phone or by email. so write them down and keep a copy with you when you go to Disney.......

I can relate. I called to confirm all dining reservations last week, and one of our meals was only reserved for a party of 3 (not 5) - they had left the kids off! I was able to still book a breakfast at CP that day, but not before park opening like I was hoping. I am just glad we caught it before we got down there!
