I just returned from a 5 day trip in BWV studio - points should have been 65, when I was there I called to modify my next trip for September and I just logged in to double check the change. I noticed that I was charged 70 points instead of 65 for this week's stay (Sun - Thurs in a BW view studio, 13 points per night = 65 points) Of course I notice this after member services is closed, so I have to wait until tomorrow, but wanted to warn others to double check their points.
